By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through the yoya9 platform (accessible at yoya9.io and any associated mobile applications or services), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the yoya9 Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or promotional terms published on the platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the yoya9 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the amended version.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and yoya9 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). They govern all aspects of your relationship with yoya9, including account creation, deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), participation in betting markets, casino games, promotional offers, and all customer support interactions.

To register an account and use the yoya9 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the yoya9 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

When registering your account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information in all fields, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, valid mobile number, and email address. yoya9 may request documentary evidence to verify the information provided at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. If any registered details change, you must update your account promptly. Providing false or misleading information during registration, or failing to update changed information, may result in account suspension or permanent closure without notice.

Account registration on yoya9 is subject to the following additional conditions:

• One account per household address, IP address, and payment method is permitted.
• Corporate accounts, agent accounts, and affiliate accounts are subject to separate agreements and may not be created through the standard registration process.
• yoya9 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your yoya9 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been authorised by you, unless you have previously notified yoya9 in writing that your account credentials have been compromised.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the yoya9 support team immediately at support@yoya9.io. yoya9 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure the account. However, yoya9 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

yoya9 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) exclusively. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International card payments: Visa, Mastercard (where available)

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no standard maximum deposit limit applied at the platform level, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction caps. Deposits made via bKash or Nagad are typically credited to your yoya9 wallet within 60 seconds of a confirmed transaction.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to a person other than the registered yoya9 account holder — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will result in account suspension and the deposit amount being returned to the verified account holder of the payment instrument.

yoya9 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time, including copies of bKash or Nagad account registration details, for the purpose of anti-fraud and anti-money laundering verification.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the yoya9 account dashboard. All withdrawals are processed exclusively to the payment method used for the corresponding deposit, and must be to an account registered in the same name as the yoya9 account.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash and Nagad: typically within 5 to 30 minutes of approval
• Rocket and Upay: typically within 30 to 60 minutes of approval
• Bank transfers: typically within 1 to 3 business days

Before processing a withdrawal, yoya9 may require the player to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a copy of a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. yoya9 may also require proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.

Withdrawal requests may be declined or placed on hold in the following circumstances:

• The account has not completed the required KYC verification process.
• There are pending bonus wagering requirements attached to the account balance.
• The account is under investigation for potential breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• The withdrawal amount exceeds the balance available for withdrawal after deducting bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.

yoya9 reserves the right to apply additional verification steps where the withdrawal amount is significant or where unusual account activity has been detected.

yoya9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses, daily reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and enhanced cricket odds. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to the general conditions set out in this section.

General bonus conditions applicable to all yoya9 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have completed account registration and identity verification.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per eligible player, household, IP address, and payment method, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are published on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonus funds expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not completed within the stated expiry period. Expired bonus funds and associated pending winnings are forfeited.

All bets placed on yoya9 sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, boxing, tennis, and other available markets — are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change before confirmation; the final odds applied to your bet are those confirmed on your bet receipt.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet receipt issued, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are determined by the platform and may vary by market, event, and player account history. These limits are displayed within the betting interface.
• yoya9 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result was already known at the time the bet was placed, where there is evidence of match-fixing or event manipulation, or where a manifest error in odds resulted from a system or human error.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the player must notify yoya9 support within 72 hours of the disputed settlement. After this period, settlements are considered final.
• Winnings from successful bets are credited to the player's yoya9 wallet immediately upon settlement. Live betting markets are subject to real-time data feeds; delays or interruptions in data feeds do not constitute grounds for voiding a settled bet.

The following general casino rules apply to all games on yoya9:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the yoya9 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another person.
• Money laundering: Using the yoya9 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to structure transactions to evade detection.
• Multi-accounting: Creating or using more than one account, or using accounts in the name of third parties.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to manipulate betting markets, casino game outcomes, or tournament results.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, or any automated tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or satisfy wagering requirements.
• Arbitrage and bonus abuse: Systematically placing bets to exploit bonus terms, odds discrepancies, or promotional structures in a manner that the platform determines to be abusive.
• Hacking and interference: Attempting to access, alter, or disrupt the platform's systems, databases, or software.

yoya9 employs automated fraud-detection systems and human review processes to identify prohibited conduct. The platform cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and financial regulatory bodies in Bangladesh where required.

All content on the yoya9 platform — including but not limited to logos, brand names, interface designs, graphics, text, data, software, and domain names — is the exclusive intellectual property of yoya9 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any platform content.
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the platform by automated means.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, yoya9 shall not be liable to any player for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with:

• The use of or inability to use the yoya9 platform or any of its services.
• Any technical failure, system outage, server error, or data loss affecting the platform.
• Any loss of winnings, anticipated profits, or betting opportunities resulting from platform unavailability.
• Any third-party payment provider failure, delay, or error affecting deposit or withdrawal processing.
• Any action taken by yoya9 in response to a suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions.

yoya9 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The platform does not warrant that access will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where operationally practicable.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit yoya9's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Bangladesh law.

yoya9 collects, processes, and stores personal data from registered players in accordance with the yoya9 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by yoya9 is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• Account registration, verification, and management.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.

Any dispute between a player and yoya9 that cannot be resolved through the platform's internal complaints process should be referred to the yoya9 support team in the first instance at support@yoya 9.io. yoya9 aims to resolve all player complaints within 5 business days of receipt.

Nothing in this section shall limit your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of Bangladesh, nor shall it prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court.
